DKs Archerus Hold floats near the isles in addition to Dalaran (Which serves as both the Mage and Rogue order hall) and ALMOST all of the other class order halls are on, near or related to the broken isles so it makes perfect sense the turtle would swim to the isles to allow the help of itself and the pandaren who live on it. Still betting our order hall is indeed the turtle. Now that MoP is no longer relevant content, I doubt Blizzard cares about allowing monks a pretty much full-time, whenever we want teleport back to Pandaria. Having an hour CD on ZP didn't really serve a purpose until max level anyway, because you couldn't go outside of the peak until you were level 85+. It's more than likely the turtle is the class order hall, and Zen Pilgrimage just had it's CD reduced as a side thought when Blizz was exploring the options of what to do with our teleport. Monks get Zen Pilgrimage so early on that there's just no way they are gonna make it take you to your class hall when class halls are for level 100+ players progressing through the Legion content. Unlikely they'd connect the two without some 'Garrison Hearthstone' kind of thing/ability. Do you know how complicated it is to teleport to a moving turtle? /s Monks get Zen Pilgrimage early and teleport to it for leveling buffs.

There's very little style difference across 'monk' stuff. Either way it's going to be the same architecture and mobs.
